Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 August 2026. This policy explains what personal information Graphica Pro Artistry collects, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Who we are

Graphica Pro Artistry (12 Dimboola Rd, Broadmeadows VIC 3046) is a Melbourne web design, software and digital marketing agency, trading since 2016. This policy applies to graphicaproartistry.com.au and to the enquiries, projects and care plans we handle for clients. We are committed to handling personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

We collect personal information you give us directly — most commonly through our enquiry and quote forms, email, or phone calls. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, and details about the project or problem you're contacting us about. If you become a client, we also collect billing details, domain and hosting logins you choose to share with us, and any content, images or copy you supply for your website or marketing.

We don't ask for financial account numbers, passwords, or government ID numbers through our website forms. If a project requires access to a payment gateway or hosting account, we'll ask you to grant that access directly rather than send us credentials by email.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver the website, app, SEO or marketing services you've engaged us for, invoice you, and provide ongoing support under any care plan you hold with us. We may also use your contact details to let you know about relevant updates to a project already in progress, or — with your consent — to send occasional updates about our services. You can opt out of anything non-essential at any time by emailing us.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We share information only where it's necessary to deliver the service you've engaged us for — for example, with a hosting provider, a payment processor, or a specialist subcontractor working on your project under confidentiality — or where we're required to by Australian law.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, how long people stay, and which enquiries come from which pages. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location (derived from IP address), device type and browsing behaviour on our site. This data is aggregated and used to improve our website and marketing; it is not used to identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, without affecting your ability to use the site.

Data storage and security

Where practical, we store client data and website hosting on Australian-based infrastructure. Some tools we rely on for email, invoicing and project management are hosted overseas by well-established providers; where that's the case, we choose providers with appropriate security standards. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure — including SSL encryption on our website, access controls on client accounts, and regular backups for hosted sites under a care plan.

How long we keep information

We keep client project records, including contact details and invoices, for as long as needed to support your website or service and to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations under Australian law. Enquiries that don't proceed to a project are generally deleted from our active systems within twelve months.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request corrections to inaccurate information, and to ask us to delete information we no longer need to hold. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. If you believe we have mishandled your personal information and you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites, including client websites we've built and social platforms. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we'd encourage you to review their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our services or obligations change. The current version will always be available at this page, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
